Amazing maths around us

In Te Ngahere we have been learning how to Identify maths in the world around us. We had to look at a Picture of gingerbread men, we had to explain what we noticed about the picture. In my group we noticed that things were the same and some things were different. We also knew the number of things and the shapes of things. I learnt that there is all sorts of maths around me.
